We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Support Assistant to join our team in Bristol on a permanent basis. You will be tasked with undertaking the day to day Co-Ordination of a key CitySprint contract, and to provide support to the National Strategic Support Manager.
As you will be ensuring the effective implementation of the contractual terms for a Key client for the business, this role is most suited to candidates who have a keen eye for detail and relish the opportunity to tackle a challenge head on, and also enjoy that great feeling when they resolve it!
To ensure our customers get the best experience when dealing with us, we need you to be compassionate and able to empathise with our (and if all goes to plan, YOUR) customer, whilst managing their expectations and resolving any issues they face.
Due to the nature of the role, we really do need you to already have previous experience managing customer contracts, ensuring we are adhering to defined SLAs and KPIs in a fast paced, changeable and pressurised environment.

Some of the key duties within this role:
- Undertake the day to day management of a key CitySprint contract
- Deal with any service issues promptly as they arise
- Liaise with staff at all CitySprint service centres across the business as necessary
- Produce clear and concise external reports in the appropriate format, as requested by the customer
- Monitor SLA performance to ensure that targets are being met
- Provide daily recruitment feedback and courier attendance reporting to the customer
- Highlight and investigate areas of failing performance and report this to your manager
- Host & manage conference calls as requested by the client and feedback any relevant actions points to the business

To be suitable for this role you must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pleasant and friendly telephone manner at all times with both internal and external Customers.
- Demonstrable experience working in a Customer-focussed environment
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office products and excellent computer skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to act on your own initiative without constant supervision
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
The ideal candidate will also:
- Work well as part of a team, be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, contribute to & welcome feedback, support in building team spirit, enable others to succeed.
- Tackle issues quickly and effectively.
- Have previous Customer contract experience including the management of Service Level Agreements
- Treat people with respect under all circumstances.
- Be competent and accurate managing key client information and general data entry
- Able to communicate professionally and clearly to their customer contacts
- Be comfortable learning new things
