How do I make a booking?

It's easy to get your bookings on the road fast - you don't even need an account. Simply visit our booking page below if you want to book via a credit or debit card; alternatively you can login to your Lenox Express online account. Both options enable you to access real-time tracking and a full audit trail.

You can also book via our MyCourier App which is availale for both Android and Apple devices.

How do I track my booking?

Whether your delivery is a business critical package, or a home delivery from a retailer, we won’t leave you hanging. All the information relating to your parcel is available at the touch of a button.

You can track your delivery in real-time, even if you don't have an account with us. If you are an account holder, simply login to your online account on this website or login to our MyCourier App. If you aren't yet an account holder with us you just need your delivery information - this can be the account number of the sender and the job or air waybill number.
